Event & COVID-19 Updates

Refund details:
If you have registered as a sponsor or attendee, we ask that you hold your registration until the reschedule date has been solidified and published. However, if you wish to receive a refund and consider participation and attendance at a later date, that will be honored with no cancellation fee, so long as that is done within reason to Executive Orders by the Governor’s Office of Ohio.
For payments made by check, our goal is to process refunds within 14 business days. However, depending on the volume of refunds and availability of HFMA volunteers during this time, it could take longer. Credit card payments will be refunded as HFMA’s merchant batches and funds for refunds. No timeline for credit card refunds is currently available. We appreciate your grace and patience as we work through these logistics during this time.

Reschedule details:
The 2020 All Ohio Conference is being rescheduled for May, 2021. We are currently looking at May 19-21 or 26-28 as potential dates. Odds are, May 19-21, 2021 will be the rescheduled date for this event. We do wish this conference could have happened this year but Fall 2020 dates were slim, and we believe this will be the best outcome for everyone involved and attending this event. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hotel room cancellation and refunds:
The Renaissance Westerville Polaris Hotel is asking anyone who has booked their room to cancel their own reservation. You may be able to do this online or by phone, (614) 882-6800. If you need assistance, Heather Turkay is the primary hotel contact for our event. If needed, here is Marriott’s COVID-19 policy.

COVID-19 Update:
We are sad to announce that due to the COVID-19 crisis and its impact on lives, travel and attendance restrictions, we are postponing the 2nd All-Ohio Conference, originally scheduled for May 20-22, 2020. The decision has been made primarily with regards to the safety of our attendees and those with whom they come in contact. The organizing committee is working hard to find a new date that works best for all constituents impacted by this change.

To stay up to date with the latest information available on this fantastic, highly anticipated event, regularly check this site, look for emails from us, as well as stay connected to us on social media.

We look forward to reconnecting with everyone once the situation improves.  Please do your part to stay safe and keep in contact with your HFMA family, virtually, as much as possible.

Sincerely,

The All Ohio Conference Steering Committee
