Event & COVID-19 Updates

Refund details:
If you have registered as a sponsor or attendee, we ask that you hold your registration until the reschedule date has been solidified and published. However, if you wish to receive a refund and consider participation and attendance at a later date, that will be honored with no cancellation fee, so long as that is done within reason to Executive Orders by the Governor’s Office of Ohio.
For payments made by check, our goal is to process refunds within 14 business days. However, depending on the volume of refunds and availability of HFMA volunteers during this time, it could take longer. Credit card payments will be refunded as HFMA’s merchant batches and funds for refunds. No timeline for credit card refunds is currently available. We appreciate your grace and patience as we work through these logistics during this time.

Reschedule details:
We are currently trying reschedule for an optimal date in the fall of 2020. Should that not be feasible or available, we will look to the spring of 2021 for a reschedule date. More details to come…

COVID-19 Update:
We are sad to announce that due to the COVID-19 crisis and its impact on lives, travel and attendance restrictions, we are postponing the 2nd All-Ohio Conference, originally scheduled for May 20-22, 2020. The decision has been made primarily with regards to the safety of our attendees and those with whom they come in contact. The organizing committee is working hard to find a new date that works best for all constituents impacted by this change.
